This system offers a powerful 1/2 HP compressor capable of delivering 5.3 cubic feet of air per minute to the non-clogging, self-cleaning Duraplate™ diffuser.

We top it all off with high volume cooling blowers, fully adjustable, brushed aluminum manifolds and an industry exclusive programmable timer. All housed in a durable, sound-deadening cabinet. Why Electric Aerator Systems are important

If you have a pond or lake that is remotely located, you can still have a quality aeration system that will keep your water clean and clear, all year round. Most importantly, aerator is a completely “green” and eco-friendly option. Our electric pond aeration systems require very little maintenance, running during the day and all through the night—even on cloudy days! Although there are varies different methods and options to aerate your ponds and lakes, electric aeration is considered to be the best option due to it being safer for the environment and naturally powered by the sun. Having a electric aerator installed can help cut cost, save electric, and save energy.

Do I need Aeration Systems for my pond and lakes?

Most ponds and lakes can benefit from the addition of an aeration system. After many years of research, we believe that aeration is the foundation for improving and maintaining proper water quality in ponds and lakes. Lake bed aeration acts to increase dissolved oxygen levels, while eliminating water stratification.

When I install an aeration system, can I expect any initial negative impact on water quality?

When an aeration system is initially installed, there will be a period of time where the aerator will draw up large amounts of poor-quality water and some organic debris from the bottom that can have an impact on the water quality. It will increase the oxygen demand and potentially raise the phosphorus and nitrogen levels for a short period of time. This is a critical time for the lake, but as long as the aeration system is running, it will be able to combat these issues and, in time, the lake will turn around.
